Disclosure Policy
The public is informed accurately and in a timely manner, taking into account the issues within the scope of the CMB Communiqué Series II, No. 15.1 on Public Disclosure of Material Events. The Company has a Disclosure Policy prepared in accordance with the principles of the CMB Corporate Governance Principles.
The Disclosure Policy was developed by the Board of Directors within the framework of the CMB Corporate Governance Principles and approved by the Board of Directors. The Board of Directors is authorized and responsible for monitoring, supervising and improving the public disclosures and disclosure policy of CarrefourSA Carrefour Sabancı Ticaret Merkezi A.Ş. The Investor Relations Department is assigned to oversee and monitor all matters related to the public disclosure.
At the 2010 Ordinary General Meeting on April 14, 2011, the General Assembly was informed about the Disclosure Policy prepared by the Company management. Within the scope of the Disclosure Policy, the public disclosures are made available on the Company's website, as recommended by the CMB's Corporate Governance Principles.
The disclosures are made through informative tools such as material event disclosures, financial statements and reports, annual reports, website, presentations, investor meetings and teleconferences, information letters and press releases.
