All other rights of CarrefourSA which are not expressly stated in these Terms are hereby reserved. The User agrees and undertakes to comply with the provisions of the Turkish Commercial Code, Turkish Code of Obligations, Turkish Criminal Code, Law on Intellectual and Artistic Works, decree laws on the protection of industrial rights and the provisions of the related legislation in force and the provisions of the legislation that may enter into force in the future and any rules and notifications of CarrefourSA, including these Terms. Any administrative, legal, criminal and financial liability that may arise due to the use of the Website in violation of these regulations shall be borne by the User, and CarrefourSA may recourse to the User for all damages it may incur for this reason. In this context, the User agrees that s/he shall not access any part or extension of the Website or the network, servers related to the Website in any unauthorized manner through hacking and other illegal means and the User shall not violate any security measures available on the Website. 

If it is determined that the intellectual property rights and other rights of the third parties are violated by the User, if CarrefourSA faces any third-party request, legal and/or administrative sanction, penalty and/or demand from public institutions and organizations and/or is obliged to make any payment, CarrefourSA may recourse its damages to the User, without prejudice to its other rights. In this case, CarrefourSA reserves the right to block the related User's access to the Website without any notice. 

CarrefourSA shall not be responsible for any direct or indirect damages that may arise from accessing the Website and using the Content and information available on the Website. The accuracy of the Website and the Content and information available on the Website has not been checked and verified, and CarrefourSA does not guarantee the reliability, completeness or continuity of such Content and information.
